Hydrogen atmosphere furnace
This atmosphere box furnace uses 1800 type molybdenum wire as the heating element, adopts a double-layer shell structure and a Japanese Island Electric 40 segment program temperature control system, with phase-shift triggering and thyristor control. The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material, and the double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air cooling system, which can quickly raise and lower the temperature. The shell is sealed as a whole, the cover plate is sealed with silicone mud, the furnace door is sealed with silicone pad and connected to a water cooling system, and the gas enters and exits the rear chamber after passing through the flow meter. There are multiple furnace inlet and outlet ports with combustion nozzles, which can pre evacuate and pass hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide, ammonia decomposition gas and other gases. Software control system: The furnace is equipped with communication interfaces and software, which can directly control various parameters of the furnace through a computer, and observe the PV and SV temperature values and instrument operation on the furnace from the computer. Open lid protection system: The furnace is equipped with a travel switch, which automatically cuts off the power when the furnace lid is opened, effectively ensuring the safety of the user.
Sealing system: The top cover and door of the furnace (welded elsewhere) are both sealed with silicone O-rings, which are easy to remove and can be repeatedly removed

(Optional)Explosion proof system:
The explosion-proof system consists of solenoid valves, microcomputers, pressure displays and transmitters, 24V power supplies, AC contactors, etc. The pressure inside the furnace is converted into an electrical signal through pressure display and transmitter, and transmitted to the microcomputer. The microcomputer compares it with the set value and then gives a signal to control the AC contactor, thereby controlling the on/off of the solenoid valve. When the pressure inside the furnace exceeds the allowable pressure we set, the solenoid valve immediately opens, playing an explosion-proof role. We have installed an exhaust pipe on the solenoid valve, and users can connect the pipe to discharge the gas outdoors. The explosion-proof valve is a one-way valve, which can only exhaust and cannot reflux, effectively ensuring the safety of the furnace.
This explosion-proof system has many advantages:
(1) Reusable: When the pressure is greater than the set value, the solenoid valve opens, and when the pressure is lower than the set value, the solenoid valve closes. Unlike mechanical * *, it cannot be used after one explosion.
(2) Adjustable setting value: Users can adjust the opening pressure of the solenoid valve according to their needs through a microcomputer
(3) The explosion-proof point is very sensitive: due to the use of microcomputers and electrical signals, it will explode immediately when the pressure reaches the explosion-proof point
(4) Explosion proof system safety: No fragments fly out during detonation. (If a mechanical one is used, glass sheets may fly out)
(5) The explosion-proof system has good stability: due to the use of microcomputers and solenoid valves, it will definitely explode at our set point, and users can test it. Unlike mechanical testing, which cannot be tested, there is also a lot of uncertainty about whether it will open at the explosion-proof point.
(Optional) Gas supply system: This furnace can be equipped with 2 or 3 float flow meters, which can control the gas flow rate through the float flow meters. Each inlet has a stainless steel valve, and you can choose one or more of them to regulate the gas. After passing through the flow meter, the gas enters the gas mixing tank and then enters the furnace body in 3 separate ways, so that the gas can flow evenly into the furnace body.
(Optional) Vacuum system: It can pre evacuate the atmosphere box furnace to accelerate the cleaning of the air inside the furnace.
(Optional) Combustion device: This furnace can be equipped with a hydrogen combustion controller, burner, ignition high-pressure package, and flame detector. It can automatically ignite the furnace, complete the ignition, the normal working indicator light will be on, and the flame detection will start working. If the flame goes out halfway, the outlet solenoid valve will automatically close and sound and light alarms will be issued.
(Optional) Hydrogen detector: This furnace can be equipped with a hydrogen detector. When the hydrogen concentration around the furnace reaches the alarm point of the hydrogen detector, the hydrogen detector will automatically sound an alarm.
